Everyone should be able to participate in any form of physical activity their hearts desire. The key is to prepare and prime the body&mind before and after.
A typical workout with me will include strength training, conditioning and mobility movement. These movements are actions that you performe in your day to day life, squatting, pulling, pushing and moving your body from A to B.
