Beskrivelse
OYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING. This is a 10-session course focusing the olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean & jerk. Other accessory exercises will be covered too. The focus will be on leraning proper technique and how to include the lifts in your own training program.

Nuno Correia
I have a vast experience as a strength & conditioning coach, personal trainer and nutrition coach. I hold higher education in Sports Sciences and Nutrition, and certifications in sports performance, tennis fitness, physical training and rehabilitation. I believe in a training approach based in good movement, and that training is for everyone regardless of fitness level or health status.
